We gained more than we lost

The portal season should help improve our team for next year. We don't have the money nor the reputation to get those top notch, established D1 starters but we found a bunch of kids that were rated highly in HS and maybe just looking for playing time, which we got plenty to offer.

Think of the portal as just a second, shorter recruiting period. We are not making a splash from HS and DF is able to fill some gaps using the portal.
