At the start of the year and for much of the first half of the season, Loya was barely on the field at all and when he was, he wasn't rarely if ever targeted. So yeah, his stats did fall as compared to the previous year when he was a fulltime player, regularly targeted, and had 59 receptions.

I have already stated that I thought JMS was a huge disappointment and mirrored your take on him. The point I was making, which was in direct response to you stating that "We gained more than we lost" is that the guy they are bringing in to replace him is a similar receiver in terms of size, speed and limited route tree that favors deep routes, only his stats haven't even been close to what JMS posted in 2 very disappointing seasons in Westwood, so please if you will, explain to me how this has made the team better or in your own words, how we gained more here than we lost?

Jeanty gained 104 yards against a defense that had only allowed 100 per game all season long and stacked the box most of that game in an effort to shut him down. BSU's problem wasn't lack of production from Jeanty, it was the 3 picks the QB threw

And I stated very clearly that our OLine sucked this year. However, you seem to believe that 2 things such as an Oline sucking and a RB not being very good are somehow mutually exclusive and cannot exist in the same universe. Yes our Oline sucked, and TJ Hardine also isn't a very good RB. Both can be and in my opinion were true.
