Teams can continue to sign kids, new ones cannot enter until Spring period begins. Players on teams that play in the bowl game gets an extension, I think 2 additional weeks after the championship game. I seriously think that's what SC is betting on, getting kids from playoff teams cuz their current portal haul is abysmal and they lost a ton of talent from their current roster.
