are putting severe restrictions on who we can bring in. Maybe DeShaun can cut a deal with Stanford/NWern/Vandy to offer guys we're interested in so they'll look good to the admin (for the argumentative, I'm joking here).

My guess is that with the Big10 money, the Athl.Dept. is quite happy competing to battle it out with NWern to be the NWern of the Big10.

I was disappointed with the hire (though, Chip had to go), not thrilled with the EB hire, and disappointed that they appear to be installing a complex, hard to learn super varied offense. Cancelled plans to go to Baton Rouge. That's about the last place I'd want to go to see us get stomped.

Trying to hang in there, big fan of CDF from his playing days, hoping I'm wrong. And, I think the impact of the loss of Latu and The Mighty Murphey's is being wildly underestimated.
