for me, the center needs to be a "solid starter", not a project or backup type. Even if Booker stays, he's not a true post player/banger and I doubt if he ever will be. The type of center I'm talking about is someone like Purdue's Cluff or NC's Henri Veesaar. That's if we want to have a team that can bang with the best in the Big 10. And I'd like to see the wings be at the 6'7 to 6'8 level and 220+ lbs and have a reputation for being bangers and good rebounders.
You think I'm asking too much of Cronin?? I'm not getting any younger (but still pretty healthy) and I'd like to see an elite 8 to final 4 Bruin team in the next few years.
