I too would prefer them both at the 4 but I’d have to be in a coma to salute that that is all it would take to make Book become Bilo-deux.
Which reminds me of a contest variation in which your fantasy interpretation of that Pauley crowd roaring in favor of your fantasy points, turned out to be that the crowd must have been mostly drunk.
The variation would be to replace your fantasy drunks in the bleachers with rhe most proximate experts. Who better than an expert panel consisting of Tom Izzo and Mick Cronin. They intimately know both players. And, after you repeated your argument to the two of them that equalizing Book’s minutes with Bilo at the 4 would verily prove your hypothesis that Book would then be Bilo-deux, it would be fortunate that the UCLA medical campus would be nearby to revive them with smelling salts from their hysterical bouts of laughter……….considering those two are the very ones who allocated the mins that created the “crazy notion” that, yes, they BOTH regard the huge disparity between the two.players.
I hope Book returns, where it’s most likely he gets mins at the 4 & the 5, assuming Kareem or some such still has some eligibility and can show how it’s done at the Center spot.
As to my speech at halftime, I’d explain to the fans that the prior speaker is a great UCLA fan who just had a few too many pops before staggering to the floor.
