Dementia Donnie thinks he can say or do anything without consequences. While his poll numbers are tanking he's still obsessing about how he was robbed in 2020.

Donnie loves playing his victim card. And he seems to get away with it. The question is, how do you turn that around and craft a message that portrays the American People as the victims and Donnie as the perpetrator?
