It's called development. Mara is a game changer. His presence on the floor immediately changes everything for both teams on both sides of the ball. When you have someone like that I think it is imperative to develop that player so you can take advantage of the game changer nature of that player. It's not that common. You can't do it with someone who doesn't have that potential, but that's not the case with Mara IMO.
