What's his identity on the court? It's been 3 years, and I honestly can't tell what type of player he is.

Whenever he is on the court, he seems like he is just one guy there who just runs between the two sides of the court and does nothing.

He's a point guard, right? Does he run the offense? Does he set up his teammates to score? His A/TO ratio is really bad for someone who is supposed to be a veteran leader on the team.
