Congress is to blame. They are supposed to be the check and balance against Executive but the GOP ones are all getting money and power from Trump and all of them including the Dems are terrified if they go against him they will be targeted by MAGA and the nutjobs who support him
Look at Cassidy today talking about Blanche. He's been very clear Blanche is his personal lawyer, has no business as AG, but he said he's not perfect but this isn't a decision about President Trump it's a decision about Blanche. He literally said he's not perfect but if we block him the guy who replaces him might be worse so I'm voting for him.
He looked terrified, wouldn't look up, looked like a man who knew he was doing something wrong but was afraid not to.
Two days ago Cornyn told us there's nothing he can do to stop Trump so he's voting for him.
