shortcomings. It should not, under any circumstances, take this long for arbitrary government action to be stopped. The destruction has gone on for too long. So long that we now have a bigger problem than before.
I don't know what the solution is. Legal minds who have a broad knowledge of how the courts work around the world and what slows the courts down in the US and makes them ineffective instruments for restraining executive actions should be able to come up with a reasonable solution. All I know is this is unacceptable. This should have been stopped in its tracks as soon as someone figured out he was knocking down the walls.
