What in the world are you talking about? There are dozens of examples that are far worse. It wasn’t exactly a state secret that Chip was actively looking for a different job. This wasnt a Chip problem; this is and was a Jarmond issue. Chip should have been fired YEARS ago, yet Jarmond kept extending him. I have no idea what you are taking about.
