Rose Bowl traffic

It's been a long time since I've been to a home game but I'm going to be in town for the game against Indiana and am trying to figure out logistics of getting to and from the Rose Bowl.

The game is scheduled to start at 4pm. My options as I see them are:
- Park at Rose Bowl
- Park at Parson's and take the shuttle
- Take the Metro to Old Town Pasadena and the shuttle from there

How much do each of these options suck on game day? Any others I should consider?
