An appeals court could overturn the injunctions.
Depending on the timing, this could be a problem.
If it is before the season, and you have been practicing with a player, it might change your rotations and team chemistry.
If it is after the season begins, have you been playing with an ineligible player? Do you forfeit those games?
It's still a masssive mess.
