We better find our stroke on Friday. I was of the thought that with us being such a good 3 point team and Texas so abysmal, that was like a force multiplier for us. We could lose the turnover battle if we’re making some 3’s while they’re hardly making any.
It sure seems like shooting %’s are dropping each round (I have no data for that), generally. Maybe because the defenses get better each round. And it seems like in WBB, defense is king. I wonder if free throw %’s are going down.
In any case, Geno’s word is as close to gospel as it gets in women’s college bb.
