I play in a 40+yo league (52yo still thankfully able to play competitively). I'm a team captain but definitely not the coach. I just need to give good constructive feedback to the team so as to not hurt their egos.

Btw.. another question.. I'd say the teams in this league play zone 80% of the time. Maybe they're lazy. Our next opponent is a really good shooter and passes will b/c he's one of the taller players. He doesn't really like to bang down low. Think of an asian Dirk Nowitzki.

Anyhow, thinking of running a box-and-1 zone defense on him. What do you think of this type of defense pros n cons wise?
