have heard nothing - if that tendonitis bears out, you're probably right. Commentators on yesterday's telecast of our quarter finals win said Terry entered the season on pitching restriction due to a previous injury - which resulted in Tinsley pitching a lot. Terry is the clear ace of this year's team - 16-1 (or 17-1 after yesterday - not sure which - didn't see an updated record after last night's win) - Tinsley was near .500).
In the old days, there were periods where a single pitcher carried the whole load. Don't recall if any did it as a freshman. Perhaps they'll require a different pitcher if they play a double header the same afternoon. If not, seems rather likely Terry's arm could wear down over the full Women's World Series.
