As a practical matter, Trump's EO (like so many of his orders) is not law. Vaccines are still largely dependent on recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Doctors (by and large) aren't going to stop vaccinating children, because unlike Trump and RFK, Jr they are not idiots. And insurance companies are not going to stop paying for them, because vaccines are one of the most cost-effective ways of dramatically reducing medical costs.
But on the margins there may be morons in redstate legislatures or parents who will take Dementia Don's EO to heart and that will cause needless misery and suffering, and likely deaths as well.
