Electoral college at the state level

FL and TX may be in play. Harris probably won't win either, but they are too close for comfort for the GOP. Voter suppression may not be enough for statewide offices and the presidential winner-take all electoral vote. If TX turns blue, it's over for the GOP.

Is the electoral college at the state level next? I read Georgia tried and the Supreme Court struck it down in the 70s. This Supreme Court will LOL and invoke the states' rights. The 17th amendment? The "electors" don't have to be the individual voters.

"The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures."

Conservatives really yearn for an electoral college at every level so they can just win with a minority of voters everywhere. https://t.co/rOL8ohZBru
