IT's really 5-4, in his vote Kavanagh made it clear he would have voted to overturn it but there's a law that makes that illegal. as many are saying the fact that he cited a law making it illegal NOT the constitution making it illegal is a signal to Trump that he just has to do a better job with the EO on it, and Kavanagh will flip. Add in Alito probably retiring and you can see where it's going IMO.
Trump will change his EO to fit what Kavanagh wants, Alito will retire and be replaced by someone who agrees with him keeping the 3. Kavanagh will flip and likely so will Barrett.
Call me a skeptic but I'm glad it held for now.
My worst fear was they overturned it, Trump did a mass overturn and they all lose their vote before the midterms
