Paratroops in Iran.

To state the obvious, dropping airborne troops into Iran will be easier than getting them out. Those troops only get out when relieved by an invasion force.

If the invasion force never reaches them, they end up dead or as Iranian POWs.

And then it's 1979 again.

I have no confidence in the current leadership of the Department of Defense.
