How much were we paying Martin? Nico?
My point, from day one was that it made no sense to spend morrre money on a one and done QB for this season. We were always going to be crap. No qb could save this season, might as well get someone ingrained in the system (hopefully irrelevant now). Worst case scenario you’re not just throwing money away on a one year QB.
My point in that paragraph is that Nico didn’t come close to having a game like Joey is having against UGA. Tenn had an outstanding running team last year to support him. This year they have 4 new OL.
Joey is clearly the better qb. I don’t care about Joey, he’d have been a one and done, too.
We’re basically arguing over where France should have put the turrets on the Maginot line, but hey, we’re passionate about it!
