What have you seen that causes you to think Foster can get, much less develop, great players? None of what you hope for is in any way realistic.
We do have an identity: We suck. Our talent sucks. Our coaching sucks. We lack playmakers, athletic OL, and a good scheme. That's an identity unto itself.
