The OL has a lot of wobbly bits.
Other than huge Toia, the DL is exceedingly light.
Doesn't appear as if there's a NFL level QB on the roster. Or, that we have a coach on staff that can develop one. sc does, and that's a massive problem.
If nothing else, Foster could make the team in the mold of himself as a player. Have the recruiting efforts made toward big & fast stud running backs, guys who were men amongst boys in top high school leagues.
Get stud offensive linemen and an identity is made.
