Foster will get a couple of years at least. Only caveat on that is that if we go 1-11 all bets are off.

If the new Chancellor brings in his own AD right away, Foster is probably gone, unless the team wins four or more games this year. Which I think is... unlikely. But if we do win four or more, I'd probably want to give Foster more time anyway.
