I am guessing UNLV is gambling its future by waiting for a Big-12 invite.

If Pac is taking two more MWC schools, it'll have to shell out ~$56 mils to pay the MWC.

If Pac takes Rice or Memphis instead of two more MWC schools, it'll have footprint in Houston and Memphis areas.
