The guy was addicted to meth, and was taking a whole bunch of other stuff as well. Furthermore, he was hardly an outlier on that team for smoking weed. I had a couple good friends who were playing for SUC at the time and hung out over there quite a bit with some very prominent members of the team, and while I am not going to name any names, lets just say that there weren't too many guys on that team that were saying no when a joint was passed around.
