The officer's comments, like "I have to hit your window so you know I'm here," were ridiculous. Anyone who's been pulled over for a traffic stop knows the police are there.
And then as soon as Hill opened the car door, the officer threw it wide open and grabbed Hill and put him on ground, with no provocation whatsoever.
The officer's actions were completely illegal and he very likely won't be employed by MDPD much longer.
