The starting wage at In N Out is in the $20s per hour in 2024. $44,500 might’ve been the average annual starting salary for a UCLA grad 30 years ago. Do you even live in LA to understand how it’s not possible to live on $45,000? That number makes no sense. UCLA being listed in the top 10 across rankings of all kinds just seems to be more and more common as days go by, not less, so not sure how to make sense of your public welfare comments.
