Further to the point that Ucla is a glorified public welfare program, the two-year forward salary $44,500 for graduates of this "elite" school compares to a US median FIRST year salary of $77,636, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (itself a purveyor of fake news, see its recent 818,000 downward revision in YTD jobs in the US).
Ucla is elite only in its willingness and ability to flatter itself, stroke its own ego and its gross and sanctimonious overestimation of its own self worth.
Build a national power in football and then we can talk about "elite".
