He may have thought he had Aday's father's support to bring him along more slowly but - like Cori Close with last year's freshmen - I think he learned an important lesson in this day and age - you have to keep recruiting kids, including those who aren't going to play a lot.
I think the explanation was already pretty clear - at least I think this is how most of us were reading it - I note Cronin has spent more time this season making sure the youngsters got to play some all along. Early signs are it's paid off for us - not all done but early signs. That's just how it is today when everyone's a free agent always.
