Only three teams have won 30 more than three times in the last 10 seasons: Gonzaga who plays in a weak conference, Duke who gets multiple 5-stars and Houston. But you think UCLA should win 30 every year???
This faulty premise invalidates your entire post. Other than poor attendance at Pauley for which there are many reasons, you are just speculating on what the players and recruits think and have no idea which transfers we will get or lose or how much donors are giving.
If you want to claim UCLA has underperformed, then use a realistic criteria.
