Re Strong, from what I’ve seen, they don’t post her up much. I watched their game against Michigan today. Michigan is not real big, and UConn hardly posted up strong. The announcer called her a guard that rebounds. And she doesn’t get tons of O rebounds. She’s averaging 1.3 O boards per game.
I think there’s a reasonable chance Jacquez can slow her down.
Just never Fudd any room to breathe. Touch tight at allll times. Jacquez/ Dugs on Strong. Get back on D, don’t let them break.
And ya, we have four experienced ball handlers to bring the ball up. I still say just get the ball in Dugalic or Betts hands. Arnold is 5,7”, Fudd is 5’11. All Dugalic and Betts would have to do is keep the ball high and outlet pass it. All Fudd or Arnold could do would be bite their ankles.
