Cronin is a terrible fit in Los Angeles, so there's that. Cronin is basically a poor man's Ben Howland. He's not as smart or adaptable as Howland, and he's more abrasive than Howland.
When and if UCLA hires the right guy, he'll be here for 20 years. Cronin will be doing color commentary on ESPN soon.
