UCLA-UNM game in Las Vegas got demoted to "Lee Family Forum"?

The game wasn't big enough for venues like T-Mobile Arena to being with, so it was initially slated for Orleans Arena, which is a 2nd-tier venue in Las Vegas, but at least it's near the centralized Strip area.

But now the venue is switched to "Lee Family Forum" in Vegas suburb of Henderson, NV (venue capacity < 6000)?

Why bother going to Vegas if you're playing in a third-tier venue (aka, no one is interested)?

BTW, Big West Tournament is held at Lee's Family Forum, so that should tell you how low-level the venue is.
