In terms of your rationalization of Kerr; there is a reason why Mark Jackson never got another job even after begging the a Knicks on multiple occasions. Kerr was the beneficiary of a bevy of talent. What exactly did Kerr do from a coaching perspective to make himself “great”? What wrinkles did he implement? He allows his lunatics (read Draymond) to run the asylum.
