For the record he could not have wound up in a better situation than Philly. If he has any talent he will make the team and not see the G League this year. The sixers have next to nobody under contact. I think Embiid is the only sixer with a guaranteed contract in 24-25. Maxeys extension is imminent so that’s two. Plus they drafted McClain from Duke and Bona. They do have a few (2-3) people under contract (but aren’t guaranteed) but you would t know who they are. I’m sure the Sixers will sign some guys in free agency and bring back a few (not Harris or Hield, I’m sure). You know they want George and if they land him he will take a huge chunk of cap space. Bona could be a rotational piece next year. Csnt ask for more than an opportunity. Dude is crazy athletic…,if he can develop a face up game and a J (yeah, not likely) he’d be TNT.
