Is your question rhetorical? Thr consensus of hoops experts has LBJ as the second best player to ever play the game. Therefore he’d be the best player to ever wear the purple and gold. If you recall before LBJ came to LA the Lakers were an abject disaster. Staples wasn’t selling out. LBJ, of course, changed all of that. He instantly gave the Lakers credibility, filled anrenas ancross the country, and made them playoff contenders again. He made history for the Lakers by becoming the all-time leading scorer in the NBA. He also won a ring for the Lakers.
If anyone deserves a favor in hoop it’s LBJ.
