Water Polo won in a shootout 3-0 over Hungary, UCLA's Max Irving scoring one of the three US shootout goals.\\
Karch Kiraly's and his UCLA assistant Alfie Reft's USA Volleyball fell to Italy which lost one set in the first round and never lost another set in the Olympics.
And with a really brilliant performance of "My Way" by French singer Ysault (OT comment - but that performance along with the song performed by Celine Dion opening night was a real highlight of the games for me) the Olympics are over and will resume in 2028 in Los Angeles and may we all be around to witness them!
