Presumably there will be some individual matchups in the Track & Field national championships, but as far I as I can tell baseball is the only other sport left with direct team vs team matchups. Right now Oregon St and Oregon Baseball are both in position to advance out of their regionals, but as a 3 seed Oregon would likely be a heavy underdog if it makes it to Supers.
