my wife recently retired - finally! - and we're getting to do things together more often. This is a social gathering - a "happy hour" on the gorgeous patio of a favorite restaurant here in Corrales Village. Weather will be terrific, lots of good friends. But it's going to be really, really difficult to avoid peaking to see how we're doing. Still, we should be home about an hour after the telecast starts so am recording it and will turn it on soon as we get home while I prepare the dinner for the dogs and then we eat our own dinners. One hour - I ought to be able to resist for an hour ... I think I can I think I can :-)
