compared with last night - nearly every batter going 3-2 and most of those with some balls fouled off as well. just inching along. Now in the top of the third but just one big hit - by Woolery - whereas all Utah has accomplished is a bloop just over the infielder's head and a throwing error to give the batter an extra base. Then a lot of pitches and balls fouled about.

Bruins lead 1-0 now into the top of the third
