Reminds me of when Biochem invited BobInMd at a Long Beach restaurant fully knowing Bob lives in Maryland.

Trump is going to treat Xi and China with racist insults in his inaugural speech. Xi isn't going to sit there and take the insults and humiliation in person. Fully knowing Xi isn't going to accept the invitation, Trump is bluffing.
