President Donald Trump, 80, announced Friday his endorsement for New York attorney general: "Ma'am."
Trump appeared to forget the name of the woman he just endorsed to replace New York Attorney General Letitia James during a rally with law enforcement official on Long Island.
"Letitia James is essentially a dirty cop," Trump declared. "You have a person running, who I just met today...where the hell are you, Ma'am?"
Independent journalist Aaron Rupar responded on X, "Trump can’t remember the name of the woman he endorsed for New York AG."
According to The Daily Beast, ma'am" was Republican challenger Saritha Komatireddy, and federal prosecutor.
