The DNC has been very stupid with their strategy in the past and the current version of the DNC is absurdly inept.
It would have been better if we could have allocated the monies where it is most needed though in the past, the Dems have never been very good at that.
Some of that money put into Iowa, Ohio, Alaska, etc would have more impact. Texas is expensive.
