When he was 18 he apparently recorded a 43 second video of himself with a 17 year old girl that's sexually exploitative. That girls ex boyfriend was sent the video somehow and reported it to the police. Tyler Boebert was released on a 10,000 dollar bail.
No idea why it took 3 years unless the ex didn't get the video until recently.
Definitely surprising the father exposed himself in public the mom gave a handy on a first date caught on camera and allegdly was a paid export. Seems like Tyler had excellent role models.
