He wants California to fail and witholds federal $$$ owed to the state to try to sabotage its economy because he’s too stupid to grasp the fact that California is the 4th largest economy in the world and if it tanks US GDP is really in the shitter. US GDP is growing at 1.5% year over year. A ton of that growth is California dragging failing red states up.
