You can't have air defenses for the entire length of an 800 mile pipeline.
And what happens when a drone hits a pipe full our oil? Boom! Fire!
A $55 billion pipeline is taken out by a $35,000 drone.
So you spend a few million to repair the pipeline? What's that up in the sky? It's a bird! It's a plane! It's another drone!
