Not the battleships.
Trump played golf with the President of Finland and somehow they got to talking about ice breakers, the ships not the conversation item. Trump per insiders got "obsessed" with icebreakers and kept saying the US needed them. His people kept telling him we don't need them. But Trump bought 11 of them, with no bid contracts that currently are at least 7 billion but could easily double as he's asking for stupid Trump things on the ships.
So we're going to have a fleet of 11 new icebreakers as all the sea ice is breaking up earlier and earlier every year
