The video Trump keeps talking about where they have a vandal, it's actually a National Parks Employee who admitted it. It's in the filing that convinced Pirro to drop the case. He said he saw the liner peeling up while inspecting the reflecting pool and decided it would look better if he cut off the pieces that were peeling up. So he did. And because they had cameras, it's on tape. and everyone who watched that tape, Trump presumably too, KNEW it was an NPS employee when they watched it.
But Trump just figure he could just keep saying it was vandalism we have it on tape because most people would never see the tape or the admission by the NPS employee that the "vandal" was him
